funny build
note: scorpion wire now has 10 cooldown
[skill]falling spider[/skill][skill]horns of the ox[/skill][skill]falling lotus strike[/skill][skill]twisting fangs[/skill][skill]scorpion wire[/skill][skill]shadow meld[/skill][skill]contemplation of purity[/skill][skill]resurrection signet[/skill]
cast scorpion wire, optionally shadow meld to an ally, you might need to run a bit to trigger scorpion wire, time falling spider perfectly to when you teleport, perform combo, contemplate shadow meld to remove a hex and a condition and teleport to previous location.
+ knockdown often, decent damage, lots of teleporting is lol, some cleanup
- a bit unwieldy

A for effort, trying to make Scorpion Wire work (thx to ANet for the buff then?) would start out with Falling Lotus to be guaranteed to have enough energy for the full combo.
Do not like: Contemplating Shadow Meld warping you in the thick of the action again, with chain recharging... ugh.
So far 7/10

It needs work
With your build you can't walk into an engagement and walk out.
You need your target to take some damage before hand and then you gank them.
Scorpion Wire works better with dash in tandem.

i use this in ab, its not perfect by anymeans, but it works wonderful, especially with kiting monks, just scorpion wire, and run. its funny playing a character named Wanna Be Scorpion and using that skill. kinda sad no one gets the scorpion reference there though.

Awesome! That is a great idea! It's new, interesting and looks like it'll work. Thanks for posting this, I'll be trying it out soon.

the tricky part is knowing when you're gonna teleport. otherwise falling spider may mess up. it's easy if your target is the "scaredy" type; you can just stand still as he runs away, ready to whack him. but if you're actively increasing the distance, upon teleporting you have to stop moving instantly and press the button.
